Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods without giving a reason. This applies only to finished products, not custom-made products. In order to return the purchased goods, please contact us first. After agreeing on the conditions for returning the goods, please send them back to the company's address. Please remember that the purchased goods must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived to you after the purchase. It cannot bear traces of use, cannot be damaged or incomplete.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the packaging and shipping costs of the returned goods.

Complaints

All products purchased from us are covered by a 12-month quality guarantee, which gives you the confidence that the goods purchased from us have been made with the utmost care. We will provide you with all the necessary information and provide support and we will try to help.

Each complaint is considered within 30 days from the date of its receipt by us. You will be informed about the positive or negative consideration of the complaint by phone or e-mail.
